Outdoor Options Colorado Outdoor Sports actively seeks leases year round. Our proven system for locating and leasing quality properties has perfected over many years. We can offer landowners many benefits, we are fully insured and we do everything in our power to keep our landowners satisfied. Quality properties are available. The amount and types of properties to be leased will be determined by our membership. Every new member fills out a dues allocation form that will direct us to lease land for their specific needs, some members want the opportunity to have a variety of options, some want only waterfowl, only big game, only upland birds, etc. The mix of properties we lease will be determined by our members and their dues allocation. Members can view maps and pictures of our properties online or receive a printed map book that includes information on every property, such as maps, directions, GPS coordinates, special usage instructions, types of game available, and harvest reports. With each property, we look for improvements that can be made in the habitat to improve the conditions for the wild game on the property. We work with and educate landowners on things they can do to help benefit the wildlife populations as well. For example, we educate farmers on the benefits of using delayed minimal till (DMT), a farming practice that can dramatically improve upland bird populations. We also recruit members to volunteer to help in any way possible to improve our properties. Our land manager is dedicated to finding, developing and managing our properties for the benefit of wildlife species. Colorado has so many options when it comes to outdoor activities that you can get out and enjoy the outdoors on our properties year round. From antelope hunting in August through Turkey season in May, Colorado hunters can enjoy non stop hunting for a variety of species. We work hard to provide our members with a wide variety of options and many of our members enjoy pursuing new species - something they would not be doing without the access that Colorado Outdoor Sports provides.
